The machine has been continuously serviced, well looked after and in regular operation until approximately two years ago, when it was taken out of service and no longer used. New batteries have recently been installed, and the machine starts and runs as it should. The engine and hydraulics appear to be in good condition. After the period of inactivity, a hydraulic oil leak has developed. The cause has not been determined, but it is suspected to be from a seal or hose that has deteriorated while the machine has been standing. Otherwise, this is a very well-preserved old Åkerman for its age – a well-equipped Swedish quality machine with plenty of history behind it. A true old workhorse for anyone who appreciates classic Swedish construction machinery.
