Caterpillar D8T LGP with WARRANTY INCLUDED featuring: • CAT C15 ACERT Engine • Engine Block Heater • Powershift Transmission • Cab (ROPS) w/ A/C • Differential Steer • Auto Reverse Cooling Fan w/ Brush Guard • 38" Track Shoes • CAT Semi U Blade w/ Tilt - 14'6" Wide • CAT Slope Indicate • Cat Grade w/ Slope Assist • PA 140VS Winch • Ripper is Available - Extra • Rear Window Screen • Top Carrier Rollers • LED Flood Light Arrangement • Heavy Duty Bottom Guards • Heated & Cooled Seat • High Speed Oil Change • Rear View Camera • Rated at 394 HP • Weight 85,000 LBS When this D8T LGP Dozer arrived in yard, MEL had our local CAT dealer, Toromont CAT, complete the following at 7,944 Hrs: • Strip all Belly pans, covers and panels from machine for power washing • Completed CAT TA 1 Plus inspection • Update ECM flash files • Check for logged & active codes & repaired • Check for applicable service letters • Inspected Emissions system for servicing • Changed and Cut open all Oil filters & inspected for contaminates - all clean • Inspect magnetic plugs/screens & suction screens - all clean • Serviced engine • Changed fuel tank breather and cleaned filler screen • Changed transmission and hydraulic breathers • Changed all air filters and cab filters • Inspect oils for discoloration • Changed engine, transmission, hydraulic and final drive oils • Check oil levels Completed the following Pressure Checks to ensure within OEM spec: • Fan pressure & speed - completed fan calibrations. • Engine RPM high & low idle • Engine oil high & low idle pressures • Fuel pressure checks • Transmission and Torque convertor checks • Torque convertor stall speed • Full stall boost - Full stall speed • All Hydraulic system checks • All Steering system checks • Brake pressure checks • Performed all machine Calibrations Based on the CAT dealer inspection, CAT Tech and Marcel Tech completed the following repairs: • Removed cab from machine for multiple repairs: • Replaced ARD ignition coil • Replaced ARD fuel pump control solenoid • Replaced all fuel and engine oil drain fittings • Replaced fuel return pressure regulator • Installed New water pump • Installed New thermostats • Replaced heater taps • Replaced both lower coolant drain fittings • Replaced all Powertrain hoses under Cab due to multiple leaks and brittle hoses, Resealed all fittings • Replaced Transmission pump suction tube • Re-sealed Steering pump, Transmission pump and Fan pump. re-sealed all pump fittings • Re-sealed Steering Pump drive adapter plate • Re-sealed aux flywheel housing cover plates • Installed Re-sealed Pumps with all new hoses • Replaced Steering case drain hoses and main steering hoses • Re-sealed Torque lockup clutch modulating valve • Installed new updated transmission shaft seal • Replaced Parking brake switch • Replaced A/C condenser fan with new • Replaced A/C quick connect fittings • Replaced A/C dryer • Installed new A/C test fittings caps • Charged A/C system to spec & checked operation • Removed HVAC box from cab and completely cleaned • Replaced power disconnect Switch, shut down Switch • Removed batteries and completely cleaned all cables • Installed new Terminal hardware • Replaced one Battery • Cleaned main machine power junction block under cab • Removed and cleaned all machine ground connects under cab and installed with new hardware • Cleaned Alternator terminals • Got machine running and adjusted all levels accordingly • Ran machine and checked for leaks • Removed both Tracks & Track frames • Replaced Pivot Shaft bearings on both track frames & machine frame • Replaced Pivot Shaft seals • Re-assembled machine • All panels, railings, grab handles are straight & in place • Completed Cab interior repairs • Detailed machine This CAT D8T LGP Crawler Dozer is Completed & Work Ready The following are Repairs completed by CAT Dealer prior to Marcel Equipment owning the machine: At 7,632 hours, performed 1000 hour service At 6,903 hours, performed 2000 hour service At 6,903 hours, ALL NEW undercarriage installed on the machine Installed NEW track groups & sprocket segments At 6,903 hours, Equalizer was REBUILT & NEW pins & bushings installed At 5,705 hours, performed 500 hour service At 5,000 hours, performed 5000 hr DPF service (DPF & DEF injector) At 4,798 hours, performed 1500 hour service At 4,238 hours, installed NEW alternator, belt, idlers & pulley At 4,160 hours, performed 1000 hour service At 3,706 hours, installed NEW DEF injector At 3,693 hours, performed 500 hour service At 3,419 hours, installed NEW DEF injector At 2,795 hours, performed 2000 hour service At 1,716 hours, performed 1500 hour service At 1,012 hours, performed 1000 hour service
