Used Hewitt-Robins 22x48 Jaw Plant
Reconditioned Triple Axle Assembly:
1. Installed new s-cam bushing kits & s-cams, new slack adjusters, new hubs
& bearings, new shoes & drums, new air tanks & valves, new brake
chambers & clevises.
2. Welded in new brake chamber bracket, made & installed all new air lines,
greased chassis, verified operation of brakes, 6 used inner rims & dropped
off at tire shop
3. Installed drive assembly under crusher unit
4. Installed wheels
5. Installed new glad hand bulk heads & gland hands
6. New air lines back
Crusher was fully functioning before being taken out of commission due to plant shut down.
NEW Conveyor Belt, 48" Wide, 3 Ply 330, 1/4x1/16 STD.
NEW Jaw Dies:
1. Part #MANG_RT_RT329-M5 (Rim-Tec Stationary Jaw, Premium Grade
18% Manganese).
2. Part #MANG_RT_RT330-M5 (Rim-Tec Movable Jaw Die, Premium Grade

(FOUR) Hydraulic Run-On Jacks, 70,000, 20” Jacks with Mounting Plates and
